More Puppets, a Film Festival and Messy Papier Mache Fun!

This week we continued with our puppet theme.  Room 16 had a go at making finger puppets and creating a puppet theatre.  Students wrote scripts and then put on very entertaining puppet shows.  

Today everyone began putting papier mache onto balloons to create puppets from their designs that they drew last week.  It was a lot of messy, gloopy fun.

Room 16 also enjoyed their weekly PMP lesson with the wonderful Rachel.  Stretching the lycra is always a fun activity.

    It was wonderful observing all the puppet fun happening in Room 16 this week. We have some future movie makers in our midst I believe.
